This all-levels class is a rigorous, deliberate practice grounded in alignment principles, and is always sequenced around a peak pose, group of poses, or key actions. In this class you will learn about ancient yoga philosophy alongside the physical practice, and discover how to apply it to life's daily challenges. You will work hard and at the same time access a level of ease and insight that will feed your heart and soul. Modifications and alternatives will be offered, and please note this is not a therapeutic class.
