This class is about restoring yourself through the quieter practices of yoga. We will begin with study (svadhyaya) of a yogic principle or mantra, followed by a period of gentle movement. We will close with rest. This could be a yoga nidra practice, restorative yoga, breath work (pranayama), or yin yoga.
All props will be provided. Please dress comfortably, including a sweater or pullover in case you feel a chill. Socks are often useful to have handy, particularly for yoga nidra. If you like to have an eye pillow, please bring your own. A notebook and pen are great for taking notes in the study portion, as well.
