Since 2016, she has led journaling workshops that encourage self-expression and healing — helping others use their words as tools for compassion and growth. Her yoga journey began that same year, evolving into a practice that reconnected her to strength, grace, and self-trust. Raveen now holds two 200-hour certifications and shares yoga as a grounding path toward empowerment and presence.
