Unwind with Rhia Robinson in this slow, deeply nourishing restorative practice designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. We begin with gentle, supported movement and mindful attention to simple postures, allowing the body to soften and release tension at an unhurried pace.

Through a guided Yoga Nidra practice, you’ll be invited into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where profound rest and restoration can unfold. In this space, the body relaxes fully, the mind grows quiet, and you’re given the opportunity to reset and restore from within.

Yoga Nidra is known to support improved sleep, reduce stress, and cultivate an overall sense of well-being and inner steadiness.

No prior yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to rest. All levels and abilities are warmly welcome.
